A war with North Korea could affect how much you pay for a smartphone

A war between the U.S., South Korea, and North Korea could raise the price of your consumer electronics, in addition to disrupting global trade and increasing the U.S. federal debt. Research consultancy firm Capital Economics released a new report that says a full-scale war will impact global industries, particularly South Korea’s electronics goods sector, the world’s fourth biggest.
